I got my new MX20 in the mail last week and I was updating the firmware to the latest version. The receiver went through fine but the transmitter stopped half way and froze. I let it sit for 30 minutes and didn't resolve the issue. I disconnected the USB and powered it down and now it says mismatched product number. I disconnected the battery and 30 seconds and it didn't help. Is there something specific I need to do in this situation?
Hmmm. That's not a good sign, Dave. I infer you got it from QC so I would call them and see if there's a Vulcan Death Grip you can use to reset it.... Andy.
Andy I got it back on my own. I removed the battery, turned off the power, hooked up emergency update, and then when it started the emergency update I turned it on at that point and it went through. However, just as I was going through setting up the switches, SW8 broke off and a spring came out from under the switch. If its not one thing its another.
