    Hi I I have a brand new Movi pro gimbal that I used for a week then when I switched it on yesterday it refused to boot and the menu screen on the gimbal is up side down, can anyone assist?

    Your roll axis is upside down. Flip it so that the serial number is on the bottom and make sure that your dtap porta are facing backwards on the tilt tray. Had it happen to me a few months ago. It's too smart for it's won good!
