Just received the Movi Controller and tried getting the focus control working with the Redrock Tourque. I have never used the wedge system before so I am lost in the menu's...focus motor barely turns left and right. Saw a few people have this issue. Tried reading up on calibrating the focus wheel...didn't work, might not have understood. Anyone have a video or specifics on menu's, etc that could walk me step by step? Appreciate it.
Please get the latest beta firmware which addresses an issue with redrocks https://freeflyeng.s3.amazonaws.com/MoviProv1_2/ios.html Also make sure your MōVI Controller has v3.0.0 or above which is needed for MōVI Pro compatibility http://freeflysystems.com/support/movi-controller-support Whenever you boot MōVI, motors will be at uncalibrated state. In MōVI Controller manual take a look at page 33 which has an overview of the WEDGE (FIZ) Main screen. Here you can navigate over clear faults and then start auto calibration..
