I bought a movi pro for my Canon C70. My Movi 5 has no tension when balancing my DSLRs. When I got my Movi Pro, before I even put the camera on the Movi, I have a spring-like tension when I try to move the gimbal base forward or backward. Is this normal to have tension? I thought it was supposed to move around freely for balancing.
