Hello, we are an Italian film production company and we bought a Movi Pro complete with Mimic at the beginning of the year. After a few months of use, I would like to point out some issues: 1) After autotuning, the movi pro vibrates high frequency and I have to manually switch on many parameters to get a correct setup. Of course the payload is calibrated on all axes. 2) The calibration on the roll axis is never accurate and you can not find the zero point perfectly, even though there are no problems during use. 3) The pan position is not exactly centered, the clamps need to be moved slightly to the right. 4) Using the Mimic on a fluid head, there are pan problems. There is the feeling that during the movements there are voids and this entails a lack of precision in braking with a significant overshooting. Also, it is impossible to use the Mimic in the Direct and Level Roll modes as it goes crazy even keeping the Mimic away from the Movi.
