Hi I just got my Movi and when I place it into its locking position it makes this metallic bell type of sound coming from the roll motor. The same sound happens when I push it out of the lock position as well. The movi is not on at this time. Is this normal? Heres a link with the sound password :test
Hi Azzie, yes, I can confirm the identical "metallic bell type of sound". When doing the same like you or just simply put the MOVI a bit harder on the ground. For me it seems to be nothing critical but just the sound of the motor - as you already explained.
