I bought a Movi Ring and have not even used it since I got it. So just curious, if I balance my Movi M15 on the regular handles bar and disconnect it from the handle bars and mount on the ring with the toad in the hole, am I going to have to rebalance the M15 when mounted on the ring?

The thing that the M15 is mounted to will not affect the actual balancing of the camera

So in theory I could have many toad in the holes on different equipment and mount the m15 to any of them and I am always ready to shoot?

Might have some fine tuning that can make it better but yes, transfer away.

Well, yes, there may be some minor tuning tweaks. Thanks Gary, I hadn't thought of that. It shouldn't be too bad, especially if you balance on the least "firm" mount (the crossbar may wobble more than a hard-mount to a jib, or something), then more to a more stable mount after tuning.

The beauty of the toad is the ability to put all these male studs on things and rapidly switch. It's one of the reasons we picked up a extra pack of studs.
