MoVI M10 can't connect to app

    Hi,
    I am having issue to connect with my MoVI M10 with mobile APPs for Android, iOS, PC and bluetooth.
    The MoVI firmware is "V5.0.2". I have tried all version of the app 1.640, 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.2.0 with no happiness. Tried 5 different mobile devices with Android versions: 4, 6, 8, 9 and one iPhone with latest iOS version.

    The result is always the same on all devices and versions - It keeps disconnecting and connecting every 5 seconds.

    I do not have the WiFi module but never had an issue with the bluetooth connectivity. Connecting with my M15 and PRO is fine. It is an issue only with the M10 and I really need it right now.

    If someone can help will be highly appreciated.

    Also tried with the Jumper Cable but the result is the same :(
