I have a MOVI M5 with the landing gear on my Cinestar 8. I'm mounting the HDMI converter, Lawmate FPV transmitter, and the battery on the rear landing gear leg.

First question is what size battery should I be using for that transmitter for a day of shooting? Currently using a 4S 2500mAh. How do I balance all of this? Everything I have listed is mounted to the rear leg, when the camera pans, there is enough weight to change the CG of the chopper while in flight. Is this just something as a pilot I have to get used to? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Look up the Freefly video about how to balance the pan axis. It must be balanced, too! Changing the CG whilst in the air can be catastrophic.

Got it, I have been going back and forth between using the MOVI handheld and on the chopper, which drastically changes the entire set up. Guess I need to stick to using it on the chopper most of the time. Thank you!
