Can someone help? I did a firmware update of my M5. Something went wrong because now I can connect but the device is not responding when I want to re-install and is asking for the bootstrap connection. What does that mean and what should I do if i don't have that?
You should contact Support@FreeflySystems.com. I believe the Bootstrap connection is the little 5-pin Jumper that came with your Movi. That's how you can put it back into Factory reset, but you should contact Support.
