Movi is connected but not responding

    Can someone help?

    I did a firmware update of my M5. Something went wrong because now I can connect but the device is not responding when I want to re-install and is asking for the bootstrap connection. What does that mean and what should I do if i don't have that?

    You should contact Support@FreeflySystems.com.

    I believe the Bootstrap connection is the little 5-pin Jumper that came with your Movi. That's how you can put it back into Factory reset, but you should contact Support.

    Okay. Thanks. Does the SD card input have anything to do with it? Ill contact them.
