hi, I was just wondering what hold settings you guys are saving to the Movi when doing aerial work? I have been setting mine to around 30 and getting decent results in most conditions, but am getting some uncontrolled movement in the pan axis on occasion. I saw on one of the threads here that someone was going as high as 260. Where are you guys at? Gonna do some tests on the weekend with a much higher hold setting on the pan axis, but just wanted to get an idea of what others are doing.
Hi Alex. I haven't got my Movi in front of me at the moment but I think it's roughly: Pan 270 Roll 180 Tilt 130 That's with an Alex mini on the ALTA 8. Had it up in 20-25mph and its rock solid even with a 85mm lens on.
Hi Ben, Just thought I'd double check that these are infact your hold settings and not you stiffness settings. Seems maybe too high for stiffness but thought I'd double check.
Hi Alex. Sorry yeah they are my main stiffness settings. My hold strengths are the default ones I think. 8 on all axis
