   Hello! I am trying to run the Movi Configurator on an old HTC EVO 4g but it says "Could not parse Package" when trying to install. I have allowed third party apps and everything. I think my android is running 2.3.4. Is that version to old for the app?

   Joey: I think your explanation is the most likely explanation.
   There are quite a lot of resulting hits when I did a Google search for:
   
   

   android could not parse the package​

   
   ​

   ...and a reoccurring theme was "upgrade to latest Android OS."
