The forum is a support resource… not the support mechanism itself. It's an option for help from a community, and I look at it as one of the many advantages FF has over the competition. The actual support gears will begin turning once you send an email to support@freeflysystems.com. That's where the nice staff comes into play. Now, regarding the iOS app, I agree, it's a bit annoying to not have one yet, but I have no doubt that patience will pay off.
