    Hi everyone,

I've had the Movi 5 for a few months and have gotten used to its general structure and operation but I'm not exactly strong on the mechanics of how it works. Just a warning before a very easy question.

Recently I attempted to adjust the Movi so I could shoot inverted. The result of this is now, when I turn it on, it works fine until it attempts to stabilize itself. It then proceeds to spin and flail around wildly. I scanned to forums and found the thread for this problem and it does appear to have the solution but I have absolutely no idea what flipping the tilt axis back entails. More importantly, how can I tell it is in the proper place?

Michael: What exactly did you adjust to shoot inverted?

When you say, "spin and flail" are you saying it rotates continuously in tilt, pan, roll? All? Or just some?

Also, it sounds like you have found the solution but your question is: "How should the M5 be oriented to be right way up?" Is that correct?

Could you post an image of how your M5 is set up right now, too?

    Thanks
    Andy
