Howdy, As you may already be aware, we released our 3.0 firmware for the microRemote wireless follow focus at NAB this past April. You can read more about it and download it here: http://store.redrockmicro.com/updatemygear.html Among general performance updates we've quadrupled the resolution for smoother pulls and added some new features. It’s a great update and we highly recommend all remote users upgrade their microRemote. It is free update and is user installable (see instructions in the link for all the details). UPDATE TIP: After updating to 3.0 some customers reported the motor being jittery. This happens if you have a backlash adjustment set prior to updating. To restore normal operation, you just need to clear the backlash setting in your basestation.
