I'm looking at buying an M5 to use on marine imaging shooting action footage from boat to boat at speed. Does anyone have any experience of this. Namely how well the Movi can cope with the motion involved and also the 'spray'. Has anyone come up with any ingenious plan of how to protect the Movi from salt spray? Does anyone make some kind of thin shell cover that does not interfere with the operation. I've heard a rumour of people covering sensitive parts in Cling Film? Is this true? Anyone tried this? Any tips and advice would be gratefully received.

Keep in mind, that the Movi will attempt to stay level, even if the boat you are in does not. I noticed this once from shooting within a car. It made more sense to have it follow the car and not be level like it was trying to. As to the resist ability to salt spray, I do not know.
