    Hi Folkks,

We sent our Movi up for the first time a couple of weeks ago and switched it to Airborne mode. Now when we switched it back to handheld and have it set in Majestic mode the Movi pulls hard to the left or the right when in the stand. I know we did something I am forgetting any help gang? Thanks to any and all

    Cheers,
    J

    Jonathan:
Is there a chance you have the MōVI handles on the stand such that the "front" of the MōVI is facing away from the stand whereas before it faced towards the stand? In other words is the MōVI trying to pan the camera to the front, but, because the MōVI is now "backwards" on the stand it's trying to come around 180 degrees?

Sorry to ask such a basic question.

Also, when you connect up with the Configurator app. do you see any issues?

    Andy.

    Hi Andy,
Thank you for the idea I never considered that option you were absolutely correct! It wasn't backwards but it was sideways. Thanks big time I knew it was some basic operator error.
    Cheers mate,

Put a spot of silver or gold marker on the 'front' of the Hole (assuming the Hole is on your Gimbal) so that you know where front is. Easy mistake to make (as in been there and done that). Sure is a head scratcher when it happens.
