I'm curious if anyone knows... are the Movi M5 and M10 motors the same? They physically appear to be in the photos I've seen of them (though housed differently, plastic vs CF). I was just wondering if anyone has access to both and could take a look.

Loving my M5 by the way!

My guess is that they are not the same, as the M10's payload capacity is 2x that of the M5.
    Why?

Thanks. I was just trying to determine what dictates the 5lbs payload capacity. Whether it's the motors or other materials (structurally) or what.

Freefly's tech is all proprietary, but I wonder if the MōVI M10's controller board is able to drive higher currents, too. I know in the Alexmos world that is a concern for larger gimbals.
