Hey Thrill Seekers... We have two M5's and two drones and use the toad in the hole to connect the two. I'm finding we are carrying a variety of payloads and have been accumulating TITH's and extra "Toad" spuds as well. We've been usign them in what I assume is the standard configuration where the clamping part is on the gimbal and the spud part is on the drone. So it seems I'm always needing another one to create a workstation for the drones, or to mount on a cart on location etc etc. Would it be safe to reverse the system? If I had the clamping part on the drones, I'd never need more than the two of them, and could add the cheaper spuds to anything that needed to mount to the drone, or to which I wanted to mount the drone. But is it less secure that way? Share your thoughts.
