Could you post an image TFCM or Josh?

I worry that CA is very brittle and if you shed a washer in flight it could do some damage (apart from losing the balance).
    Would epoxy be better?

    Thanks
    Andy.

Also had a bit of a rough landing last weekend. Broke a landing leg and 2 props.
Luckily Epic survived with some scratches......

So just got my first batch of XOAR PJP-N 15x5 props. Don't have a scale so can't attest to the weights. I am surprised that they aren't better balanced. Out of 5 sets only one set was balanced, 3 pairs had one balance and the last one neither pair were balanced.

Sounds like the recommended way to balance the tips is to use tape and for the hub either tape or ????. Any suggestions welcome. Saw lots of prop videos on Youtube but they were all for plastic props like the APC's and used sanding on the tips and CA on the hubs.

Using PVC tape is my understanding of how to balance them. You cannot sand them as you'll remove the finish.
I'd put the tape on the underside of the aerofoil so you don't disturb the laminar flow over the top surface.
