Japan Law cant use 2.4ghz. To come under Japanese radio wave law i need to buy a JR 11x (special made) to make it work. the radio wave is 73mhz

From my little bit of research I need to signal- sbus invertor solder to my MK FC

    http://www.quadrocopter.com/Futaba-SBus-Signal-Inverter_p_544.html

then connect it to Futaba S.Bus Adapter Encoder then to my reciever and satellite (also special made) 73mhz to make it work?

fc2.1.png PPM-Futaba.jpg The MK board has the ppm connections on it. All you need is the S-Bus converter connected to you receiver and you good to go. But you have to solder the ppn inputs to the board.
Here's a picture of the board you connect to #13 or this one for Futaba fc2.1.png PPM-Futaba.jpg

Yes you do, is the only way to connect a receiver without a satellite.
