Hi out there. Has anybody have a suggestion what intercom might be a good one to use? I have found on several occasions it could have been a great help!? Thanks Karl
Karl in the MoVI training class Tabb mentioned that they are using a bunch of Panasonic DECT 6.0 cordless phones with headsets. Pretty inexpensive solution over full blown two way radios of any quality.
Thanks Gary, I will look into that!! Ok, I have looked. I think this might be a cheap solution in a studio. But I need something for outside. Most of the time somewhere in the sticks!
Karl, Freefly is using them outdoors. I haven't seen it but I understand you can take the base station and power it with a lipo. Maybe Tabb will see this and be able to comment.

Hi there, i thought to buy these: http://www.amazon.com/Simultalk-24G...&qid=1390724484&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=eartech But i do not know if it works propperly. Any experiences?
The Amazon and BHPhoto reviews seem pretty positive on balance, although quite a few comment on the quality/fit of the headsets. Andy.
I highly recommend a dual-band solution. Having a hands-free/always live headset solution has been a huge plus for operator communication.
I got a pair of these. At first I was very concerned about the 2.4 ghz conflicting with the graupner. Everything worked out OK. I clip pilot's unit on the back belt and it worked OK for a while. After some time the pair developed a high pitched squeal that I have not debugged yet. They were fantastic when they worked. the 200' limit is firm. No-hands usage was great and the single earpiece was not all that uncomfortable and allowed me to listen to ms. graupner in the other ear.
