I need software 1.03 (28-29).

    Hi, I mistakenly tried to update firmware on a brand new radian. I need software 1.03 (28-29) which I believe came with the radian. I think it's newer than whats available online currently. I am stuck, not being able to load firmware onto the radian.

    Stuck as in, bootloader on powerup. Errors trying to load any firmware. Serial number mismatch/Current version 255:255

    Did you try the Freefly site? Latest software should be on the Radian page.

    Just to be clear Alex:
    1. The Radian always comes up in bootloader mode at power on? Right?
    2. When you start up the Bootloader software it is apparently unable to read out the serial number?

    If this is the case, then you will need to contact your dealer -- there is no way to re-update the firmware if the Bootloader cannot read the serial number, I'm afraid.
