    Hi,

Sorry if this question has already been posted.

I would like to know if there is a tutorial to see how to mount correctly the Movi pro please (not the camera, but first the Movi on the cage) ?

Because I feel that the Movi does not put in the right position.

    Can someone help me please?

    Thank you very much

    Hi Olivier,

As I understand, you have some issues with TITH unit when mounting to the ring (manual page 36). What they have forgot to mention, each time when you remove and put back movi to the ring, TITH has to be pointed at the same direction as before to keep the user settings for pan trim. It's possible to adjust each time but it takes unnecessary extra time for it. I would suggest to mark the front of your TITH and always align it exactly the same each time.

Let us now if this helped or not!

    Hi Rolands,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have the impression that the engines force each time I ride the Movi on the ring ... When I do an auto tune it does not solve the problem, even when empty. Tilt or Pan is in Red. So, I stop the engines very quickly because I'm afraid to damage them.

Is there a good or a wrong way to put it on the ring for the first time ?

Well, I mounted the camera on the movi and I managed to balance manually so that the camera remains stable without engines.

But when I turn on the movi and start the autotune, it switches the camera upside down ...

Either I'm doing something wrong, or it's a setting that escapes me (it seems to be in Normal mode and the settings are all Good), or my Movi has a problem?

    Someone to help me please?
