In order to balance our camera on the gimbal, I need to slide the horizontal bar that acts as the Roll Axis. There are 2 clamps that seem to be holding it very tight. I have loosened them but the clamps do not seem to release do to tension applied by the plate that contains the gears it spins on. I did try loosening the 3 small screws that secure the bearings to no avail. Is there anything else one must do to get it to release?
