Rebooting doesn't fix it? I've found it will boot up with the screen in the upright orientation, depending on if you're top mounted or underslung. If you pause motors and Roll Flip, that will invert the screen until you turn the Movi off and back on. Are you using Beta firmware or Original?
thanks for the reply, Graham. the issue seems to have resolved itself, but is alarming nonetheless. it was definitely stuck in the inverted mode but then randomly switched back after 6 or 7 power cycles. i am on the original firmware.
I don't think so but I'm not 100% sure. I am a Movi newb so I can't rule out user error, but I am pretty sure I remember the roll beam being right side up. I'll let you guys know if it happens again.
