Xerofly Remote Aerial Media
I just became an IATSE member after years of work in the film industry as a set dresser a week ago. $530 initiation fee and $288 for the yearly membership. I hope never to use it as a set dresser. it's there as a back-up if we can't make Siteline Media succeed? One of the biggest and most worrisome questions we have is, what to charge? This could prove to be a very helpful thread. Duane we too are in Canada, Victoria, BC.
In case anyone wonders, if I see anyone expressing a desire to get in to the conversation, I'm issuing an invitation.
I would like to receive invite.
Same here, thanks
Done. Note: any member already in the conversation can also extend an invitation.....you don't have to wait for me!
While I'm not working in the US or Canada, it's still an interesting discussion for me. Please invite me
Me too, please...
David, Ben: you're invited.
I would love to hear peoples thoughts on this subject.
Andy can you please invite me in as well? I would love to get a feel for what others are doing.
Andy, I would like to be invited.
I just emailed you through your websites contact page. We'll chat soon!
Knock knock.. can i come in? ive got some biscuits.
We need caffeine, Mark!
(Actually, 'tis the Guinness I'll be preferrin'....)
I would also be charging for idle time. You show up and the weather's bad, the DP's not sober, or the talent is absent.....
In this case, you may be the DP (so stay sober!), but there still may be idle time (e.g. construction crane on site delays shooting....)
Can I join the club? Sounds like fun.
