HiHat Toad

    looking for a HiHat solution to mount my M15.
    Anyone have a Michael Plate / Toad adaptor that can be mounted on to a HiHat?

    I found that I could take a Ninja Star and the tie-down from an O'Connor 2575 head and those two could mate to a mitchell mount with the Toad sticking up.

    The other suggestion I have is to take a piece of plywood or lumber, and counter-sink a 3/8" bolt through the bottom of it so you have a piece of flat wood with a short 3/8" bolt sticking up about half an inch. You can screw the Ninja Star into that bolt. I made one of these for my little Manfrotto head and DSLR, as a super-low profile hi-hat.
