Help needed with the Update

    Hello All,

    Have connected M15 to computer app. Downloaded the update and throught the app began the update process. Told me me update was succesful and now thelights come on but movi is lifeless. Anyone suggestions to what I can do?

    Comms revision not recognised is my error message

    I have used the jumper cable and the firmware says its successful but once powered down and the jumper removed, movi is re-powered but it is still bricked. Thoughts?

    Did you upload your previous settings after you updated?

    It is totally unresponsive and has no option for updating settings

    i got the exact same thing. I assume you have updated the app as well ? if so try updating back to the last firmware using the jumper cable. I done that and it manages to boot back up fine.

    The Comms Revision Error means that you were not using the app that matched the firmware you loaded on the MōVI. That is not an indication that the unit is bricked and needs a jumper cable to be recovered.

    The beta apps can be found further down the page, in the MōVI Apps section.

    All sorted now. It took a while but have successfully uploaded the new firmware and the app on my iphone. So far the timelapse in 6K on the weapon is off the charts. This is going to be fun!

    No. Once I got the right app. (which has to be applied for) then I was able to operate the movi just fine. The new options are off the charts
