Rookie in first year of the learning curve with many many questions. I have about 75 hours logged in a Phantom after about 20 hours on a simulator. Feel quite comfortable and looking to move up. I shoot with a Panasonic GH3 and want something that will carry the load and give me reasonable flight time. It seems like many members suggest the Cinestar 8 over the 6 for "redundancy" and safety if one loses a motor. Has anyone ever lost 1 motor and been able to get home with an "8" or is this just wishful thinking? How common is it to lose 1 motor? Does anyone have any experience with Quadrocopter's "In House Build" program. Thanks
