[SOLVED] I bought the Focus cable for the movi pro, plugged it into the redrock focus torque motor and went to the FIZ section on the controller. I tried adjusting all the dampening, speeds, etc but it barely moves the motor. Like miniscule amounts. (I do have a micro remote but i was told I don't need it for the new movi pro with the cable)

I uploaded a video showing the problem. I have a shoot tomorrow and need help fast. Thanks!

    Hi Anthony
What lens are you using and how are you calibrating the motor. Does it calibrate correctly?

Your torque setting is at 1, the very lowest. Bring this up incrementally until the motor will calibrate the lens. Be careful not to go too high, and this will allow too much current, and overheat the fiz motor.

Actually I emailed Freefly and they helped solve the problem very easily. I needed to calibrate via the controller under the FIZ section. It was super easy. The reason why there was such little movement is simply to show you it's connected until you calibrate then you're good to go.
