Hey Gang, We are training a new pilot but can't figure out how to bind the two MZ-24s for teacher / student mode. Anyone know how to do that? Tks. Derek
You don't bind it as such, Derek. You run a cable between the teacher MZ24 to the student MZ24 using the DSC jack on the transmitters. There seems to be quite a lot of info in the on-line manual -- I got 62 hits for "trainer." Hope this helps. Andy.

Could you be more specific please? Not that I disagree with you -- a lot of RC documentation just assumes that you've been working with RC since you were 12 years old -- it's just that I'm not sure of the specific issue you're having. Andy.
My pilot's been flying RC since he was 5! LOL Even he is stumped and he's done teacher / pupil with Spektrum many times. You can connect the MZ-24s wirelessly by binding them together, but then you can't bind to the RX. We connect them via DSC cable and setup appropriately, but still no teacher / pupil mode. The teacher TX gets a "No pupil," error message even though they are tethered. We are calling Graupner today for assistance.
