I think this may be computer related rather than GPXTool related since I just hauled this old PC Laptop out of the cupboard and dusted it off specifically for MK stuff.

After loading the GPX file an error window pops up:
"Unhandled exception has occured in your application.....
An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Could not Load file or assembly 'AxInterop.WMPLib, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

    Any help or ideas??

Not sure what OS you're running, but it might be an idea to go onto the German/English forum where MK_GPXTOOL is discussed and Franco Scapin, the author hangs out.

    It's at http://forum.mikrokopter.de/topic-34659.html

There was enough info there for me to solve it. Sorry...google is always my friend, however Microsoft language is all gibberish to me.

I've found Google is quite good at helping with computer error messages if you just search for the first part of the message.
You may not be able to correct the problem some times, but at least you know you're not alone and other people have been shafted by the same error.

Definitely the one exception to this is when Windows displays a message of the form:

    There has been an error.
Can you guess what it is?

It seems to happen a lot to me. :) But then I revert to my Mac to get useful work done.
(No. Please don't start a flame war. I use five PCs and six Macs in my day job.)

    Andy.
