    Does anyone know which coordinate system the Mikrokopter MKGPS system uses to record the log data?

    Just regular Geographic lat/long as decimal degrees.
    Here's how they appear in a GPX file:
    <trkpt lat="+42.3029603" lon="-118.6241553">
    Latitudes are + for northern hemisphere. Longitudes are - for Western hemisphere.
    Greenwich, UK is +51.4778, -0.0015 (hey, not bad given that they didn't have GPS back then).

    I know, but what projection system are they using?

    There are literally a zillion ways to record GPS data - unless you know what system is being used, you can't use the data reliably.

    That's probably a question for forum.mikrokopter.de, Derek.
    Let us know what you find out, please.

    Andy.
