My head is spinning a little bit
From what I believe you are saying its ok to remove the license SD card. This card can't be used to log (probably on write protect?) get a seperate card for logging as the license card is only needed for waypoints over 500 meters?

The MicroSD card does not contain the license. It's just an ordinary SD card.
The 500 meter license is burned into the the GPS board's firmware.

So, bottom line. Don't touch the microSD card! :)

I was just using MK Tool to download MK Software and I notice that after you complete a download, MK Tool displays a message that states as the last lines:

Pay attention to terms of license ! e.g.:
    - use of software is ONLY permitted in hardware from http://www.mikrokopter.de and their official partners!
    - commercial use ONLY with written agreement!

So there does appear to be some attempt to restrict the license for commercial use, although it remains remarkably vague as there is no clue as to what the terms and conditions of the written agreement might be.

Has anyone obtained this written agreement for commercial use? Can they post the agreement please?

    Andy.
