StrattoSnapper has BOTH IR and Hardwire outputs.

Are you planning on using a particular hack with the GH2? I've been using Flowmotion and have been liking its stability. I also like that I can shoot in 30 fps and playback in camera at 24.

Thanks for all the tips guys, will probably go with the strato snapper , i wonder can you order the gh2 plug with it? Hi Duane i will probably just get used to the stock camera first and then hack it later, there are a lot out there. is there any risk in doing the hack?
    Thanks.

There are so many hacks available now. Do the research and read the forums. Each hack seems to have pros and cons in terms of their quality and benefits, but none of them have shown to cause any harm. Pretty amazing camera for its value. As a photographer used to larger pro bodies, I had my doubts with this little thing, but I have been proven wrong!!

Daniel, the StratoSnapper will come with a bare wire connector. Not a bad idea to order a spare. Not sure of the size of the GH2 plug but you should be able to find one at an electronics store. Or buy a stereo cable of the same size and cut the end of and splice to the Stratto cable.
