Tried out the gamepad, works great! But it doesn't make sense. The pad is plugged into the same port mimic uses to charge, so there's no way to run a battery to mimic, and mimic doesn't last that long without charge. Am I missing something?
To keep the Mimic attached to the Game Controller, I used a Sony GCM 10 Game Control Mount. Then drilled a 1/4" hole through the back of it and through the suction cup part, and stuck a 1/4-20 bolt and a few washers on, and screwed that into the back of the Mimic. Someone on here did an even slicker job of it, if you're willing to dig through some of the Mimic\Gamepad threads. Here's some pics. I'm a lousy machinist...
