Bummer! Sorry for the problem. Looks like we will need to get you a new USB programmer.

Sorry for the inconvenience, where did you purchase from?

    Best,

Do you have a MKUSB Brad? You can use that in the meantime, I am curious what else you might have needed that you did not have that you thought were included in the kit?

You do realize this is a MICRO usb connection, not a MINI that many other products use?

Yeah Micro.. I had to find one at the local store the other day. Ripoff for $20... they aren't that popular. I was able to bend the aluminum and force the connector in without damaging the connection tab. Back on track. It is interesting that the micro USB was chosen considering the size isn't that much smaller and everything else MK uses Mini.

Its not about what was missing.. There was just no information on how to power the system. I found out on these forums that it was 5V so had to order a BEC to power it up on the 360 mount. I would have gladly ordered it all at once I just didn't know.

Hi Brad, sorry for your frustration. We really did try to cover every piece of information needed to assure success with the Radian system installation and setup but it is clear that we missed a few points.

Was indeed a bummer to notice that when we wanted to start programing non of our USB cables fit, had to run to the store (20min for closing) and paid 15 Euro's for something thats normally cost no more then 1 Euro if you guys had delivered it standard in the box with the Radian ;)

We will add micro usb to the Radians in the future. Sorry for the frustration, I wrongly thought everyone had one of these cables! We must have 50 of them at the shop....:(
