When flying with a photographer does everyone have 2 onboard cameras? A small low-quality light camera pointing in the direction of the copter and the shooting camera on the 3axis gimbal? Or how else would you work it so the pilot could fly FPV? Which cameras are you using for FPV use?
Tyler 1 FPV camera on boom 1 for the pilot, fixed pointing forward. Depending on the onboard photo cam if it has HDMI output then HDMI out to the Freefly HDMI converter to a seperate transmitter. If it doesn't have HDMI or composite out then a second FPV cam mounted on the cross bar or to the camera somehow. I have been using cameras from ReadyMadeRC. But nearly every copter dealer has cameras, transmitters and receivers.
Tyler, Do you need the FPV monitor pls? i'd like recommend you one video glasses goggles, 72inch virtual screen with av in function, resolution is 480*240. is that ok for you pls? contact me at sofia@hktopsky.com
