Firmware update issue

    Hi, I am from Netherlands, europe. Got my Freefly Movi robot yesterday. Using IOS 11.4 on iPhone 8+
    After unpacking and first run its seemed to work fine. However
    System indicated to update firmware. that's where the problem started and still is.

    Update seems not to complete. Robot keeps blinking red.

    Powering down and/or Rebooting does not solve it

    Hi Joost: That's s failure I've not seen before. I'd suggest that, if you have not already done so, you open up a ticket by sending an email to Freefly Support (support@freeflysystems.com).

    Sorry I can't of more help.

    all, one thing is absolutely clear. Freefly is not only making great products, their service is also extremely well.
    Clear and friendly communication and quick action delivered me a replacement in no time. Kudos for all.

    seems not my luck, whilst the replacement device worked fine.. With the new firmware release to 1.2 i have same issue.
    ie does not update the firmware from 1.15 to 1.2

    I tried with iPhone 8+ and iPhone 6
    Cleaned the previous app completely. installed latest from app store.

    No resolve

    That's disappointing to hear. Have you opened up a support ticked with Freefly?

    Andy, happy to report that based on Guidance by Brian to replace the SD card issue is fixed.
    Seems that they have had some other reports on corrupted cards.
