    Hello all,
Just wanted to post another video from a recent commercial shoot we did with our m10 unit. This complex shot was achieved using a dual op setup. The rig op controlled pan and I controlled tilt off the remote in smooth lock mode. Really pleased with the result! Check it out!

That's a great take Eric! What a sweet demo. The rig op was really hauling!

That would have been pretty cool at 120 too!

Carey, we did a few 120 tests but it was too long of a shot for the commercial.

Yeah it looked cool; but honestly It kinda killed the dynamic nature of the move.

Eric, with a highly capable operator, do you think you could have pulled this move off in 100% Majestic mode?

    Carey,
Phil, my operator, is quiet capable, I was in shock the first time he took off running into the house, several takes he skinned his knucles on the doorway but never once hit the side of the door jam. I would say its possible with a few hundred takes but in reality no. There is just too much speed and height change thru the shot for a single op to be panning and tilting the rig. Personally I really like the dual op tilt/majectic mode single op pairing. It allows for the creation of desireable headroom and takes some of the "man-handling" out of the rig to produce the desired frame.
