Hi there, For reference I made a clip: https://www.k-arts.de/FTP/Video/ControllerFokus.mp4 i recieved a brand new controller. The problem is: I turn the fokus wheel continously in one direction. As you can see in the clip, the controller display starts at 50,9% goes down to 0% and then 99,9% stays there for a second and than goes down to 68.6%. When it hits the 99,9% mark the Fokus wheel rushes back to that position.and goes down again, Zeiss CP.2 RedRock Torque Motor. (The old one) Can I zero the focus wheel as well like the joystick? thank you
I see that you reached out to Support as well, but figured out the issue before we could respond! Would you mind posting your solution here, to help other folks on the forum?
Solution: Focus wheel endpoints acually CAN be calibrated to Zero and 100% For the: Right EndPoint -- User 3 Switch --> UP then Menu: TX Config --> TX Actions --> Calibrate --> Menu Set for saving Left EndPoint -- User 3 Switch --> DOWN then Menu: TX Config --> TX Actions --> Calibrate --> Menu Set for saving this information can be found in the manual on page 30. For some reason I only found calibration for the Joystick! have a good one Michael
