    I wonder whether it will still have the same crop factor as the current BMCC -- which has a crop factor that makes it hard to get a wide angle view on it, as I understand it. Also the fixed frame rate of the BMCC is an issue, I gather.

    Still, interesting development!

    the 4k is a s35 chip similar to RED or FS700/FS100/C500/C300, etc
    the pocket is S16 similar to the blackmagic cinema camera but with an active MFT mount! So one can use all the tiny and light glasses like Olympus 12mm f2.0
    this is a great aerial camera for smaller setups...

    I shoot a lot of films, TV Series and commercials. For TV and Commercials it's an almost perfect solution using ProRes 4.2.2

    I've heard from people that had a hands-on with the pocket camera that the rolling shutter is really bad. I guess we'll see.
    As long as it's on a MoVi I guess it won't matter. :) But which one will shot up first?
