Nice couple of dronies too! (Second car to the left of the red one.)
Sometimes I wear my red cap instead of my Tilley hat to make it easier to find myself.
It was the ghetto PVC stand that gives the game away.
Did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with my X8 copter today. 10 pounds of ice water dumped from the air on my head. It wasn't easy, but it sure was fun! Hopefully I can whip together a "Making Of..." if I have some time this week. It was quite the adventure!
Brilliantly engineered by Mr. Maller! I am jealous now after flying his X8. Makes my hex seem retarded.
It is a game of leapfrog, Colin. The next move is yours.
I going to need some help from 'The UAV Garage'. I may be your first first customer.
Nice work, Mr. Maller. You covered the bases: Dronie and Dunking.
Good cause too.
Awesome Steve!! Nice job from your pilot/bombardier!!
Don't worry Colin, makes my standard CS-8 seem retarded as well!
A few bits and bobs over Kauai:
You're one smooth operator, Mr. Scholl.
Not quite as sunny as I remember the islands...
Please enjoy some of our first tests with a new Cinestar X8 HL & Movi Gimbal
Some recent work at the Creech, Polo shot with Red Epic, 24mm and 50mm lenses.
Finally got to fly some FPV with the Movi. She's performing really nicely.
Nice to see you here, man. What copter are you flying this on? One of your homebrew machines? Very cool video!
Thanks. It's a home brew X8. Still some kinks to be worked out. it likes to bob and wiggle a lot of the time. Can't wait to try one of these Alta machines.
Same for me. My X8 is off to a new pasture, and my ALTA is still in utero.
we made some cinestar stuff and stunning MoVI M10 action (MoVI with blackmagic 4K and remote focus mounted at a row) for this TV movie (german major TV, primetime)
