    Hey,

So as I am sure many of you would have no doubt noticed Arri released their latest camera, the Amira which is essentially designed to be a TV/Docu camera and if priced right they will sell a bucketload of them. I am already 95% certain of the answer of this but can anyone at IBC, or even Freefly themselves confirm whether or not the camera would fit on the M10....I am pretty sure it will share the same problems as the F55 in that the weight would be fine but the length of the camera would cause problems when trying to tilt.

On that note I know some of the guys using the 3 axis gimbals for the copters have often just used extended booms when trying to accomodate bigger cameras, is that something that is a total no go for the MoVI?

Also, general thoughts on the Amira?

    Phil

    It won't fit the M10.

    Maybe the M20?

I´ve tried the Amira on IBC and it´s pretty heavy and bulky. Feels much heavier than the F55 and is built like a tank. I don´t think it can fit an M10, maybe a M20 depending on it´s size. Maybe also HALO 3000 is an option for that.

    Greetings
