    Hello,

I have problems with the App on my Galaxy Note 3. It opens but i cannot change any values. Also it looks a little different as in the demos.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Is it connected to the MoVI? Did the status change to green? If it's not connected to the MoVI, you will not be able to change values.

Yes, it´s connected, shows voltage and status but no buttons to klick and change settings. I con browse the tabs but not change parameters.

Looks like your device is too small to display all the graphics of the app. The interface for changing parameters is hidden. There is a minimum size tablet that the app will work with. It has been discussed in the forum. I will see if I can find it..

    Ok,

It´s resolution is 1920x1080. I don´t think a 7" device has a higher resolution? The Google Nexus 7 has 1280x800 resolution only and it runs there.

Robert, please send an email over to support@freeflysystems.com (include a link to this thread) and they will have a better explanation or workaround possibly. I've only used the Nexus 7 and 10. Both worked fine.

Support should get back to you in the next few hours. They are on US Pacific time.

Robert elsewhere there is a post that currently the minimum size is a 7" tablet.

Thanks for the info, I was not aware of that. Hopefully they´ll update the app.

    Best,

    Robert
