I need to find a new system for pulling focus. My redrock micro remote torque motor chatters on the lens/gear when it's on and not pulling focus. I am a bit pissed off at this and starting to realize their products are not up to par. What are some suggestions to use for pulling focus remotely and also will work on the MoviPro as a single operator?
Hi Adam, You may need to adjust the gain on the microRemote's Basestation, and lower the torque setting to it's optimized setting which is 5. If you're running our 4.0 firmware, tap the Down button to lower the high torque setting. If you set it lower, you'll see increased smoothness.
