Can you check that that air pressure sensor leads are still intact, Kjetl?
Also do you have the Velcro or foam across the hole in the air pressure sensor?
As you say it seems unusual that it would suddenly change....

Try re-calibrating the compass, the ACC and the gyros (in that order). If I make certain changes in MKTool, I sometimes have to go through these three procedures all over again.

I dont know if this is the same issue I am having but when I have the position and altitude hold on and come to a hover the heli wobbles and I have to manually adjust the heli to balance it. (i dont have velcro over the sensor at the moment)

Jei: The air pressure sensor is sensitive enough that if you blow on it from six inches away it will register it as a change in altitude. So you can imagine what the prop wash and relative wind are doing to its ability to determine height accurately.

That's why the Velcro trick is so important. Punch a hole in the loop side of a small "circle" (doesn't have to actually a circle), put that on the air pressure sensor so that the hole in the sensor is not covered. Then attach a more or less same sized piece of hook material without any hole in it, on to the loop material. No need to remove the backing tape on the hook side.

The air can still flow in and out of the pressure sensor, but it will not be so sensitive to wind gusts, prop wash, or idiots like me blowing on it.
