I saw some folks with their beautiful paragliders out my back window, so I went down to the beach to see if I could film a little of what they were doing. The guys were very amenable, although the wind was playing tricks on them. But the copter obliged, and I did capture one nice ride in this video. This was shot on my GH4 at 1080P on the MōVI M5 flying on my custom Cinestar-based X8 copter. Only edits to the video was fixing the white balance on one of the clips. No stabilization or other editing was performed. Flight time was about 12.5 minutes.
Weird....looks like the parapente inflated just fine but there was no ridge lift on the cliffs....oh...and nice footage, Steve! Andy.
