I'm working on a project where I needed some characteristic photos of San Francisco from different angles than most folks have seen. Here are a few of the photos I took today with my heavy lift X8 and 5D Mark III & 16-35 on my MōVI M5 using the RCShutter triggered by my DX8. I was flying solo.

Thank you! I love that city, and it's a wonderful thing to be able to capture it from different angles.

BTW, I was approached by a plainclothes SFPD officer driving a menacing looking black Suburban who wanted to know what I was doing outside the ballpark about 6 hours before the ballgame. I politely explained that I was deliberately operating way far away from people, did not go over the park itself, and had lots of safety gear. He told me that the day before some knucklehead had flown a "small white copter" (gee, take a guess) up over the stadium during batting practice, and that they'd tracked the guy down, confiscated his copter, and reported him to the FAA. He thanked me for taking safety precautions, and wished me a good flight. :)

As you can see, I found a nice, isolated place to fly from.

Professional is as professional does. Law enforcement appreciates that.
